Where we ship
Currently Canada and the United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time — if that changes, it'll be announced first on the Journal.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation once your order ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Rural and remote addresses can take longer.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees added afterward.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges once an order ships, so please check sizing and details on the product page before ordering.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us at the address below within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Frame developed a defect after delivery, not at arrival? That's covered separately by our Warranty.
