Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, and email address to fulfill and communicate about that order. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. We don't require an account to shop, and we don't collect any information beyond what's needed for these purposes.
Payment information
Payments are processed directly by Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe's own secure fields and never pass through or get stored on Corvelle's servers.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember items in your cart and recently viewed products, purely to make browsing more convenient. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How we use your information
Order details are used solely to fulfill and ship your order, and to contact you if there's a problem with it. Newsletter emails are used only to send occasional updates about new frames — nothing else, and never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
We share order information with the service providers needed to fulfill it — our payment processor (Stripe) and the carriers who ship your order. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time using the link in any email we send. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at the address below.
